Так дійсно, з приходом травматолога Івченка до 5-ї міської лікарні Запоріжжя все змінилося.
Лікарі-травматологи впровадили цікаву схему хабарництва з залученням ФОП, яка полягає в тому, що родичам безпорадних хворих з переломами кісток, лікарі-травматологи знаходячись на робочому місці надають захмарні рахунки ФОП (Орлова Анна Сергіївна, Піроженко Наталія Леонідівна та інші) на оплату стрижнів, пластин, гвинтів та інше, для термінової операції остеосинтезу.
Не зволікаючи родичі сплачують кошти на рахунки ФОП, попередньо не зустрівшись з продавцями, після чого одразу пред’являють квитанцію лікарю, і хворого везуть в операційну.
Що в цьому цікавого.
По-перше. В рахунку зазначено, що придбається набір для репозиції, стрижень, пластина, гвинти, свердла …, при цьому не вказана торгова марка виробника.
По-друге. Родичі, сплативши кошти, не зустрічаються з продавцем і не отримують придбану продукцію, а хворого вже везуть в операційну, з чого стає зрозумілим, що стрижні, пластини, гвинти … вже знаходяться у лікаря.
По-трете. Така схема застосовується навіть і в тих випадках, коли хворий на потребує операції з внутрішньої фіксації кісток, а його лікування можливе і консервативними методами шляхом зовнішньої фіксації (іммобілізаційні засоби, апарат Єлізарова). Лікарі користуються розгубленістю родичів, переконують їх, що іншого лікування не існує, що перелом складний. Щастить тим, хто може відвести хворого до іншої лікарні, де і з’ясовується, що він не потребує операції внутрішньої фіксації кісток, йому накладають іммобілізаційні засоби, або встановлюють апарат Єлізарова і виписують, а ті хто не зміг, і отримав у 5-й непотрібне йому лікування, вимушені приблизно шість місяців носити в собі метал, а потім позбавлятися його шляхом ще одної операції, яку будуть проводити ті ж самі травматологи, і не безкоштовно.
Найважливіше те, що вартість цих виробів в 10 раз, а то і більше, перевищує їх ринкову ціну, та те, що після їх видалення ці вироби, як правило, залишаються у лікаря, що не виключає їх повторного встановлення іншому хворому.
